New for Avada 6.2, you can create and use Custom Icons throughout your Avada website. Using the Icon Element, or any element that has an Icon Picker, you can style and customize the custom icon sets, or use the Font Awesome icons to your liking and add them anywhere.


Full Colour / Background / Border Control

The Avada options give you control over Font Awesome icon colors, background and the icon border. Each icon can be unique in style for your site.

Size Control

With Avada you can choose any icon size in pixels, no matter how small or large. It can be 100px or 5px, any pixel value you choose.

Icon Flip / Rotate / Spin

You may find the perfect set of icons for your site, however, you might want them to draw your visitors attention. Avada allows you to do just that with a choice of Icon Flip, Rotate and Spin settings.

Customize Elements Globally Or Individually

Elements can be controlled globally inside of the Avada Global Options, or individually per Element by changing the options for each once added to a page or post. Individual Element options will always override the global options. This flexibility gives you the ultimate freedom to style Elements and content that is unique and will stand out from the rest of the site.


  • Select Icon – Choose an icon from the Font Awesome library.
  • Size of Icon – Set the Icon Size.
  • Flip Icon – Flip the Icon. Choose from None, Horizontal, Vertical
  • Rotate Icon – Rotate the Icon. Choose from 90, 180, 270 or None.
  • Spinning Icon – Choose whether to Spin the icon.
  • Alignment – Align the icon. Choose from Text Flow, Center, Left, Right.
  • Element Visibility – Choose to show or hide the element on small, medium or large screens.

  • CSS Class – Add a class to the wrapping HTML element.

  • CSS ID – Add an ID to the wrapping HTML element.


  • Margin – Set the margin for the Icon, Top, Right Bottom, Left.
  • Icon in Circle – Set whether the Icon is in a circle*.
  • Icon in Circle Yes – Provides advanced configuration: Icon Circle Background Color, Icon Circle Border Color.
  • Text Transform – Choose how the text is displayed: Default, Normal, Uppercase.
  • Icon Color – Set the Icon Color.


  • Animation Type – Select the type of animation: None, Bounce, Fade, Flash, Rubberband, Shake, Slide, Zoom.
  • Direction of Animation – Can be one of these values: Top, RIght, Bottom, Left, Static.
  • Speed of Animation – Accepts a numerical value from .1, which is the slowest, to 1, which is the fastest.
  • Offset Animation – Controls when the animation should start.
