Customize Elements Globally Or Individually
Elements can be controlled globally inside of the Avada Global Options, or individually per Element by changing the options for each once added to a page or post. Individual Element options will always override the global options. This flexibility gives you the ultimate freedom to style Elements and content that is unique and will stand out from the rest of the site.
Element Options
- Blog Layout – Select the layout: Large, Medium, Large Alternate, Medium Alternate, Grid*, Timeline, Masonry*.
- Blog Layout Grid – Provides advanced configuration: Number of Columns, Column Spacing, Equal Heights, Grid Box Color, Grid Element Color, Grid Separator Style, Grid Separator Color, Blog Grid Text Padding.
- Blog Layout Masonry – Provides advanced configuration: Number of Columns, Column Spacing, Masonry Image Aspect Ratio, Masonry 2×2 Width.
- Posts Per Page – Select number of posts per page. Set to -1 to display all. Set to 0 to use number of posts from Settings > Reading.
- Post Offset – The number of posts to skip.
- Pull Posts By – Choose between Category* or Tag*.
- Category – Provides advanced configuration: Categories, Exclude Categories.
- Tag – Provides advanced configuration: Tags, Exclude Tags.
- Order By – Defines how posts should be ordered: Date*, Post Title*, Post Slug*, Author*, Number of Comments*, Last Modified*, Random.
- Order – Provides advanced configuration: Ascending, Descending.
- Show Thumbnail – Display the post featured image.
- Show Title – Display the post title below the featured image.
Link Title To Post – Choose if the title should be a link to the single post page.
Element Options
Content Alignment – Controls the alignment of contents.
Text display – Controls if the blog post content is displayed as excerpt, full content or is completely disabled.
- Excerpt Length – Insert the number of words/characters you want to show in the excerpt.
- Strip HTML from Posts Content – Choose to strip HTML from the post content.
- Show Meta Info – Choose to show all meta data.
- Show Author Name – Choose to show the author.
- Show Categories – Choose to show the categories.
- Show Comment Count – Choose to show the comments.
Show Date – Choose to show the date.
Show Read More Link – Choose to show the Read More link.
Show Tags – Choose to show the tags.
Pagination Type – Choose from: No Pagionation, Pagination, Infinite scrolling, Load More Button.
Element Visibility – Choose to show or hide the element on small, medium or large screens.
CSS Class – Add a class to the wrapping HTML element.
CSS ID – Add an ID to the wrapping HTML element.
